Over the past several weeks (and in some cases months back to the original Advent Heroes project) there have been several decisions made regarding the content of Project Able Heroes, and some of what applied to that project also applies to the new iteration. With that in mind, and for precautionary reasons, the following market restrictions apply to the project:

1. Because of international policy and sanctions resulting from the conflict in Ukraine, I cannot legally do business in either Russia or Belarus. Therefore, Project Able Heroes will not be available in these nations.
2. Due to themes, naming references and certain types of relationships between characters that are not permitted by religious laws and policies in certain parts of the Middle East, this region has been completely blocked from sale as a result of these restrictions.
3. Finally, as the game references content from other games (and due to differences in copyright law) Project Able Heroes will also be unavailable in Germany. Although the references are constructed in a neutral manner to avoid direct duplication in terms of level and enemy design, as a solo developer I am unable to afford the risks associated with potential legal difficulties and therefore have made the decision to institute this region block as a precautionary measure.
