NFT, Virtual Property and Generative AI Notice
Due to asset acquisition licenses, Zero Break Games expressly forbids the use of its creations as NFTs and other intangible assets, and anyone who attempts to do so will be considered to have committed fraud under United States and international trade laws. Additionally, generative AI use and training which involves Zero Break Games products and creations is an egregious violation of copyright and therefore is also not permitted.
Copyright Response Policy
Under the terms of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA) and related United States and international laws governing intellectual property assets, Zero Break Games strives to ensure that any digital materials which are used in its products and creations are responsibly sourced, designed or otherwise free of limitations on their use before they are remitted to public consumption. Nonetheless, in the rare event that an error may occur with asset distribution and/or acquisition which shall impact or raise concern with the copyrights and/or patents of another party, Zero Break Games will immediately withdraw any affected products or creations upon the confirmation of any notification which may be transmitted or delivered by or on behalf of the aggrieved parties.
Reference Information for Vroid Hub Models
As part of its asset library consolidation plan, Epic Games ceased services for Sketchfab on October 22, 2024. This affects reference information on 3D models that was previously made available on the Vroid Hub portal for Zero Break Games, which includes several concept variations of the characters across all aspects of their storylines. As the reference links have been removed for the 3D attachments used on the impacted character models as a consequence of this, and to fulfill citation requirements under Creative Commons rules, a list of models which use the impacted assets has been prepared with identity information for the contributors that was reported by Sketchfab prior to the end of services. Please be advised that this is an impact from business decisions that have been made by a third-party asset supplier and is therefore beyond the control of Zero Break Games.
